He is the Principal Partner and the Chief Executive Officer of Mutiu Balogun & Co, he holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from Osun State College of Technology Esa- Oke in the year 2000.

In year 2005 he had his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and also had his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Calabar in the year 2006 .

He undertook his industrial training programme with Bello & Company one of the leading registered Estate and Valuers firm in Nigeria in 1996 and 1997 respectively. Upon graduation, he undertook his one year National Youth Corps Scheme with Government Secondary School Kudan Zaria in Kaduna State as a teacher.

After this National Youth Service Corps Programme, he started is professional career with Bello and Company Lagos branch in their Agency and Management department as an Estate Surveyor for in the year 2002, he joinedUbosi Eleh & Co. as an Estate Surveyor in their sourcing/Agency Department.

In 2005, he rose to become the head of the department of the agency. With his excellent performance, few years later he rose to become the branch manager of the Island branch where he finally retired to start the practice Murtrish Balogs & Co in 2010 which metamorphosed to Mutiu Balogun & Co. in 2011.

He belongs to several professional bodies such as:1. Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).2. Associate member of Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)3. Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM)4. Associate member of Institute of Strategic Management

He has a total of twelve (12) years working experience in the real estate consultancy sector.
